Let more women be represented in journalism- Osoba

The former governor of Ogun state as well as a veteran journalist, Olusegun Osoba made a call for more representation of women in the journalism sector during the 10th anniversary of wole soyinka center for investigative journalism report women programme in Lagos.

The veteran journalist said ” journalism has a responsibility to tell stories that reflect the experiences and leadership of women , ensuring they are not only featured but also leading as storytellers”.

He also paid tribute to late female journalists who have dedicated their time and life to the profession and made a mark. He mentioned Late Oluremi Oyo , Funke Egbemode and Bunmi Sofola amongst others who were very diligent and fantastic in the profession.
