“Better days are ahead of us” . ” we are Nigerians , resilient and tenacious, we always prevail and rise above our circumstances” were the words of president Tinubu as he re assures Nigerians of a better Nigeria in his address at the state house on Tuesday 1st of October which comemorates the 64th years of independence celebrations.
He further highlighted key economic reforms that has taken place after he became the president mentioning foreign direct investments worth over $30 billion in the last year. He also announced the establishment of a local assembly plant for 2,000 John Deere tractors and farm equipment.
He further pleaded for patience as the reforms made by his administration are yielding positive results on a progressive basis and also promised to intensify his efforts on national security.
He concluded by announcing a national youth conference which will come up and bring young people together to strategise and develop key solutions to unemployment, education and social justice.
