The Nigerian Golden Heart Awards made its international debut at the Hilton Leeds City Hotel, recognizing distinguished Nigerians who have significantly contributed to business, leadership, humanitarian service, entertainment, and philanthropy.
The event, organized by Wyte Image Media and attended by international figures, included the debut of Profile Magazine Africa, a new platform for African success stories.
The debut issue of Profile Magazine Africa explores life in the diaspora, leadership strategies, the most developed cities in Africa, and the continent’s longest-serving presidents.
Among those honored were Abigail Marshall Katung, the 130th Lord Mayor of Leeds, and other distinguished individuals like Senator Patrick Abba Moro, Hon. George Alli, Rev. Godfrey Osemwegie, Ms. Stella Faith Erhabor, Mr. Innocent Igiehon, and Minister Esther Jonathan.
The event featured awards, cultural performances, and networking, with guests praising it as a vibrant display of Nigerian excellence.
Wyte Image Media CEO Festus Odunze stated that the initiative aims to highlight leaders and motivate others through the awards and the magazine.
