Video Evidence Emerges of Ibom Air Hostess Juliana Edward’s Alleged History of Confrontations with Passengers

Fresh controversy has trailed the case of an Ibom Air hostess, Juliana Edward, who was recently involved in an altercation with a female passenger, Ms. Comfort Emmanson, at the Murtala Muhammad Airport on Sunday. Edward, who claimed she was assaulted during the incident, is now facing allegations of having a history of violent confrontations with passengers.

Ms. Emmanson was arraigned in court after the incident and subsequently remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre. However, an Instagram account, churchgirlsgang, has alleged that the air hostess has been involved in similar disputes in the past.

According to the social media post, Edward had a heated exchange with a male passenger last year after instructing him to switch off his phone. Despite the man’s seatmate confirming that the phone was off, she reportedly accused him of failing to provide proof. The account claims Edward then threatened to stop the flight from departing unless the passenger complied.

The situation allegedly escalated to the point where the pilot returned the aircraft to the gate, security was called in, and the passenger was removed from the flight without his side of the story being heard. No other passengers were questioned, and the incident reportedly caused over an hour’s delay, with no explanation or apology offered to those onboard.

The post concluded by stating that “what happened to Comfort is not an isolated incident,” calling for Edward’s conduct to be investigated.
