Based on the Broadway sensation, the film will bring the story of Elphaba and Glinda to the big screen, offering a fresh take on the beloved tale of friendship, power, and destiny. The two part movie is scheduled to hit cinemas on the 22nd of November, 2024 with the sequel to be released in November, 2025.
3. Moana 2
Moana 2 is an upcoming American animated musical adventure film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios for Walt Disney pictures. The sequel to Moana (2016), the film was directed by David Derrick Jr., Jason Hand, and Dana Ledoux Miller and produced by Christina Chen and Yvett Merino, from a screenplay by Jared Bush and Miller.The film stars Auliʻi Cravalho, Dwayne Johnson, Temuera Morrison, Nicole Scherzinger, Rachel House, and Alan Tudyk, all taking their roles from the first film, with Khaleesi Lambert-Tsuda, Rose Matafeo, David Fane, Hualālai Chung, Awhimai Fraser, and Gerald Ramsey joining the cast. Moana 2 is scheduled to set sail in cinemas worldwide on the 27th of November 2024.
4. Kraven the Hunter
For fans of the Marvel universe, *Kraven the Hunter* introduces the iconic villain as he embarks on his own anti-hero journey. The sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) and Sonic the Hedgehog 2(2022), it is directed by Jeff Fowler from a screenplay by Pat Casey, Josh Miller, and John Whittington, based on a story by Casey and Miller.
