LAUTECH VC Vows to Invest in Staff Development

The Vice Chancellor of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Prof. Razaq Kalilu, has promised to commit resources to training administrative staff to enhance their performance.

He made this commitment while hosting the National Vice President 1 and South-West leader of the Association of Nigerian University Administrators, Francisca Ayodele.

According to Prof. Kalilu, the training is essential for the development of the university, as administrators play a fundamental role in its growth.
“Let me, on behalf of the management staff, promise that we will do all within the resources available to the institution to ensure that Core Registry Administrative Staff members in the institution are at their best,” he said. “We will commit resources to ensure that they are well-trained.”

Francisca Ayodele, who led the delegation, informed the Vice Chancellor that the team was at LAUTECH to inaugurate the branch’s new executive committee.

She also briefed him on the association’s three training programs and solicited support for administrators to attend.

The Vice Chancellor’s commitment to staff training is expected to boost the university’s administrative capacity and enhance the overall quality of its operations.

By investing in the development of its staff, LAUTECH will improve its service delivery and achieve its academic goals more effectively.
