The Nigerian singer, Wizkid hints on dropping new single ‘Piece of My Heart’ on October 18.
The singer revealed the release date in a recent Instagram post. ‘Piece of My Heart’ is reportedly a track from ‘Morayo’, Wizkid’s forthcoming album.
Featured in the song is the American songwriter and singer Brent Faiyaz.
The Grammy winner has not yet announced the release date for ‘Morayo.’ In March, Wizkid disclosed that ‘Morayo’ is not an Afrobeats project.
The singer has recently made headlines after rekindling his feud with Davido, following the ‘Unavailable’ singer’s announcement of his first single for 2024.
The ‘Made In Lagos’ star also made a subtle remark at Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun state and Davido’s uncle.
Ayodeji Balogun (Wizkid), gained prominence in 2011 when he released his debut album ‘Superstar’.
The singer has earned numerous accolades, including a Grammy Award in 2021 for collaborating with Beyoncé on the popular track “Brown Skin Girl.”
